PARTIDO MAHARLIKA (PM) is a duly COMELEC-registered national political party. Its recognition as a National Political Party under SPP Case No. 21-261 (PP) was granted and promulgated on 11 October 2021. Composed of like-minded individuals, PM believes in the restoration of the Maharlikan culture, customs, and traditions as a nation of noble people, promoting freedom from poverty and oligarchy as a means of achieving social justice for all. Thus, the slogan, “Kalayaan sa Kahirapan”
The Party adheres to the following guiding principles for the creation, sustenance, and improvement of the political, socio economic, and multi-cultural systems of Philippine society:
- Constituents Involvement, which underscores that the people’s improvement for economic prosperity is achievable by all through the cooperation of every Filipino regardless of his walks of life.
- Love of Country, which asserts that nationalism is one the keys to the economic and financial prosperity of every Filipino, ensuring the Filipino-First principle.
- Patriotism, which simply emphasizes the importance of embracing the long-held values and traditions of the Filipino people with multicultural concepts regardless of race and ethnicity.
- Protection of the Environment which emphasizes on the care and the enhancing of the Natural Environment and its resources, making it a priority to preserve the natural resources of the Nation.
- Decentralization caters to the concept of local autonomy and self-determination, specifically on the level of local governance.
The general objectives of the Party are:
- to be involved through peaceful means in political exercise and leadership for the benefit of the people;
- to advance productive and healthy political ideas and aspirations;
- to uphold ethical standards and incorruptible behavior in governance;
- to promote economic productivity and financial prosperity for its members and the Nation, as a whole, in order to become self-reliant by preserving the nation’s wealth and protecting the natural resources and its environment;
- to uphold peace and unity among Christians, Muslims, Indigenous peoples, and all other groups of people regardless of creed, doctrinal beliefs, traditions, and cultural ethnicity;
- to be the prime mover of local and national autonomy thereby enhancing the noble aim of self-determination and self-governance;
- to be the principal advocate of righteous governance by promoting and executing transparency and accountability in public office both at the local and national level of the government, for the interest of the people;
- to lead, uphold, promote, and execute the anti-political dynasty provision of the Constitution thereby avoiding political patronage and family-political dynasties by giving other worthy and qualified leaders to lead the nation;
- to adopt economic policies and programs that will enhance the economic status of the people by crafting and creating suitable economic platforms intended for poverty alleviation;
- to execute financial and economic revolution in order to enable families to live a dignified life of financial prosperity; and to uphold the Filipino-First policy in order to make our beloved Country, truly great again! THE COUNTRY OF THE ROYAL BLOOD! THE COUNTRY OF THE MAHARLIKANS…!

PREPARATORY
Cultural Restoration. We shall promote, preserve, and develop the culture and arts of the different Filipino indigenous communities as part of our diverse national cultural heritage.
Social Transformation. We shall see to it that the government and the private sector achieve their very mission to their constituents and that the Filipino constituents perform their social obligations as citizens of the country.
Economic Transformation. We shall support every individual in building their capability to have a productive life with human dignity. Every individual must be economically empowered. We will develop every family not only known for being a basic social unit but as an economic player in our society. The urban poor and indigenous sector should be the primary beneficiaries of our economic prosperity.
Political Transformation. We shall promote and develop among our citizens, political maturity and sensibilities. We opposed any form of dictatorship and military adventurism as we always upheld the supremacy of the Constitution. We shall oppose the existence of political dynasties and the concentration of political powers to the few.
Sectoral Transformation. We shall keep the various sectors of our society to have representation and participation in the affairs of the government and to help them develop their capacities as they lead the sector they represent.
